PRE-REQUISITE - You must have attended a CIP Intro To App Advisory Certification Camp in order to register for an Advanced Camp.

Recommended to have attended a Scoping Session with either SMB Consultants or TradiePad with your client.

The Advanced Camp is targeted at existing CIP Certified Partners who would like to receive additional training on how to take their advisory business to the next level and leverage the benefits of the partnership with CIP.

• You are a Certified CIP Partner and you are looking for additional training on how to further develop your advisory services.

• You are looking for ways to develop your business process or find additional opportunities to offer advisory services.

We take a moment to recap where we are at in our journey to becoming an App Advisor and listen to the experience of one of our CIP partners.

Shared Use Apps Spotlight

Learn the in's and outs of providing billable advisory services around payment solutions, debtor management and cashflow reporting apps.

Day 2 - Tuesday 23rd November 2021

Working on the business, not in the business

We've all heard it before, but it's sometimes easier said than done. We explore 2 topics: productising your services and pricing models to help you structure your advisory business and prepare you to get started or improve your existing business.

Teamwork makes the dreamwork

In this hands-on session, we will discuss what are some of the common problems and workflows we come across throughout the scoping process and the role our partners play in providing solutions.

​

We also cover a checklist of items to cover post scoping sessions to ensure you are positioning your services and fees whilst setting the right expectations with your client. 

 

You will discover how to identify opportunities to add additional advisory services to your clients.

​

 

Does CloudIntegration.Partners offer CPD hours?

​As CI Partners is independently run CPD / CPE hours may be claimed solely on a self-assessment basis. It is your responsibility to judge, which educational seminars are relevant and contributes to your professional and personal development

​

How do I claim CPD hours?

​For ease of record-keeping, we will provide you with a downloadable Agenda.

In total the agenda consists of 8 hours worth of educational content.
