CIP Camp visits Canberra and Sydney!

Our team of CIP app experts hit the road recently to kick off the 2019 round of App Advisory Camps in Canberra and Sydney. This year we were once again joined by groups of progressive bookkeepers and accountants keen to grow their app advisory skills at our Intro to App Advisory camp and the NEW Advanced camps.

The Intro to App Advisory camp is our starting point for bookkeepers and accountants who are looking to move into advisory. In this camp we cover how to get your business ready for advisory with practice apps, financial apps and operational apps. We explore the different levels of integration and how to identify the perfect app solution for your clients in a hands on workshop.

The Advanced camp is the next step in learning for our advisors. In this camp we delve into payments and debt recovery apps and how you can offer these as a billable service. We explore productising your services, pricing models and niching to help you structure your advisory business and how to solve some common hurdles and workflows encountered during client scoping sessions.

What really stood out to us at the Advanced camps was how amazing the progression of our partners has been since attending the Intro camp last year. Such a proud moment for our CIP experts as partners discussed their advisory journey thus far and client success stories. We look forward to seeing how our advanced content helps drive even further success in their advisory offering.

This year we also launched our community platform CIP Certified Partners, a closed group that is only open to partners who have attended our App Advisory camp. This is a special project we have been working on, designed as a space where our certified partners can ask questions, access extra learning materials and interact with like-minded peers who are on the same advisory journey. It aims to connect our partners with their industry colleagues, allows them to brainstorm with our expert app integrators from TradiePad and SMB Consultants and provides a library of information that is specific to App Advisory. It is an exciting project that we believe will become an invaluable resource to our partners!
